How Scout Boost works

What it does—and what it cannot do

Scout Boost creates a public owner-supplied index entry. It does not let an owner self-create an independent Scout observation. The profile is public immediately; the physical evidence record stays at zero until an unaffiliated Scout or approved source confirms the brand.

Why do this now?

The index entry gives AI systems a structured business identity now: official name, contact details, service area, and operating locations. Every field is labelled owner-supplied so an agent can distinguish it from independent StreetProof evidence.

Independent evidence adds a separate trust layer later. StreetProof never mixes the owner profile with the sighting ledger.

Owner reference rules

• You must own or control the business and have the right to supply each logo or photograph.
• References are held in private object storage and reviewed before training use.
• You may turn off training consent and request deletion of private, unexported references.
• Do not upload customer information, faces, licence plates, documents, invoices, or private premises.
• Your own future submissions for this business are affiliation-blocked and cannot become sightings or earn points.
• Accepted captures from independent Scouts remain governed by the ordinary evidence and ledger rules.
