Corrections log
Every material correction to the index is recorded here, dated and permanent: a misattributed asset, a wrong entity match, a revised statistic, or a methodology note that changes how a public number should be read. A source that shows its fixes is more trustworthy than one that hides them.
Corrections do not erase the ledger. They explain what changed in the public interpretation of the ledger: which entity an asset belongs to, whether an observation should be redacted, whether a statistic was regenerated after a query change, or whether a methodology note needed sharper language. That distinction matters. StreetProof is useful only if outsiders can see both the record and the repair history.
No corrections recorded yet.
The log opens with the index. Entries are never edited or removed after publication.
To report an error in a record, use the dispute & removal flow. Disputes that result in a material change are logged here.
What counts as material
- Wrong business or wrong asset attribution.
- Observation redactions caused by privacy, legal, or safety review.
- Published statistics that change because a source query or cohort definition changed.
- Methodology updates that change how a public score or verdict should be interpreted.
