Founding Scouts

Founding Scouts are the first people on the ground when StreetProof opens a city. You are not joining a generic photo app. You are helping build the first public record of which local businesses are physically present: wrapped trucks, storefronts, signs, and other branding that search engines and AI assistants cannot see on their own.

The founding cohort gets a permanent 1.25x points multiplier, the Founding Scout badge, name credit in the launch study, and early app access before public release. More important: you get first position in the economy when your city opens. First-documented business credits only happen once.

What you do

Photograph public business branding through the StreetProof app: trucks, vans, storefronts, signs, billboards, and site signage. Accepted observations become part of the city's physical brand index.

What you get

A permanent multiplier, Founding Scout badge, launch-study credit, early app access, and first shot at first-documented credits when the local record starts filling in.

What this is not

It is not a promise of gig income. Pre-launch scouting is community seeding and demand signal. Cash features open later, only when real paid verification work or business revenue exists.

Why it matters

Physical presence is one of the hardest business signals to fake, but the web barely records it. Scouts give the index precision, reach, and local memory.

Honest expectation-setting

Launch coverage math comes from the camera fleet, paid seeders, and scouts. The founding list tells us where demand exists and who should get early access when the app opens locally. Some cities will launch before others. We do not promise dates, because a useful physical index needs actual observation density, not a marketing deadline.
