Appeal a suspension or ban

If your scout account was suspended or banned and you believe that was a mistake, you can appeal. Every appeal is read by a human — there is no automated rejection.

How it works

Send your appeal

Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or tell us which account is yours). Include what happened in your own words.

We respond

We aim to respond within 10 business days. If the suspension was our error, we'll say so and restore your standing and points.

What we can share

For integrity reasons we do not share the specific detection signals that flagged an account. We will tell you the category of the violation (capture-integrity, collusion, acceptable-use) and the outcome of your appeal.

What to include

  • Your account email.
  • Roughly when you lost access.
  • Anything that provides context — a shared household device, a trip that explains unusual capture locations, etc.

Suspension and termination grounds are defined in Terms of Service, section 11. Accepted observations already written to the ledger remain in the ledger regardless of account status (section 12).
