StreetProof Membership Terms

These terms are offered by Street Proof Labs Inc., an Alberta corporation operating the StreetProof™ brand. They apply to StreetProof Live Profile and AI Gateway and supplement the main StreetProof Terms of Service. If these terms conflict with a written order signed by StreetProof, the signed order controls for that customer.

Identity, evidence and payment are separate

Free identity verification confirms control of a business identity. Paid services provide profile, monitoring, display and participation tools. Payment cannot create observations, alter evidence, change a Presence Score or ranking, buy recommendations, direct Scouts, suppress competitors, or convert affiliated evidence into independent evidence.

Prices and renewal

StreetProof Live Profile is CA$29 per month. AI Gateway is CA$299 per month during the controlled pilot. Square processes recurring charges. Checkout or a signed order shows the amount charged and any tax treatment applied to the transaction. A subscription renews automatically at the stated cadence until cancelled. StreetProof will give reasonable notice of a future price change before it affects a renewal.

AI Gateway

AI Gateway publishes a distinct, owner-approved companion presence for a verified business. It may include source-backed facts, official-site attribution, structured HTML, schema, JSON, API and MCP delivery, freshness monitoring, analytics and lead capture. It is not a copy of the company website, a doorway page, or rented StreetProof authority. Pilot access, page scope and publishing remain subject to identity, source, abuse and release checks.

Admission

StreetProof may verify the representative, official domain, business legitimacy and physical operating footprint before offering a paid service. We may reject or remove an application for impersonation, fraud, evidence manipulation, abuse, legal risk or material misrepresentation. Payment does not substitute for identity review.

Founding 100 recognition

The Founding 100 is a StreetProof-selected recognition list, not a paid tier or subscription. StreetProof may name up to 100 organizations or programs whose role in our early development and growth we choose to acknowledge. A number is assigned by StreetProof; it does not mean the recipient applied, joined our program, invested, funded us, endorsed us, certified our product, or controls StreetProof evidence. Recognition provides no commercial benefits or effect on observations, scores or rankings. We may correct or remove an entry if its description becomes inaccurate. Recipient logos are not used without permission.

Cancellation and refunds

A subscriber may cancel renewal by contacting [email protected] from an authorized company address. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. Fees are not prorated or refunded after activation except where required by law, where StreetProof rejects an application after payment, or where StreetProof cannot provide the purchased service. Fraud or material breach may cause immediate suspension or removal without a refund where permitted by law.

Company changes

A paid service is not freely transferable. Ownership changes, mergers, closures, domain changes and major rebrands require identity review.

Service limits

StreetProof records observed physical presence, not service quality, licensing, financial strength or customer satisfaction. Paid services do not promise sightings, traffic, search ranking, AI citations, leads, revenue or uninterrupted coverage in a particular city.
